Do you use mood tracking in your bullet journal?
A mood tracker is a way to track your daily mood over time. It allows you to visually see how you feel on average over a week, month, or more, and gives you an opportunity to reflect on what's affecting those feelings—good or bad. Make simple a new habit tracker section for each week on the same page as your daily habit tracker.

When to start a mood tracker?

How to track your mood?
The first step is to create a Mood Tracker page for yourself. It's best if this is a separate page from any other pages that you already have because it may get cluttered with other things. Here are some tips on how to use Mood Tracker:

- Use a scale of 1-5 to indicate your mood.
- For example, if you’re feeling sad or depressed, use a 1. If you are feeling happy or joyful, use a 5.

- You can also indicate what color means what in your journaling system with different colors (for example: blue represents sadness while red represents anger). This way it will be easier to read the chart later on when there are more entries written down over time - because then things will start looking busy and confusing if everything is written in black ink only!

This is the point in the bullet journal where you can really make it your own. If you want to keep track of your mood every day (or multiple times a day), that's great! And if not, that's totally fine too. Use this space to track what you're doing on a daily basis, how much time you've spent meditating, or even just jotting down some thoughts and feelings as they come up.

- Keep track of how many hours each night/weekend were spent writing or reading
- Make sure to be active enough each week (you know what's healthy for your body)
- Track bills due so that there aren't any surprises at tax time
